Ketamine Trauma Program
There are many treatments and therapies for depression and PTSD available – the most important part of treatment is finding the right one for you.
We offer psychedelic ketamine therapy as a powerful, evidence-based option for those struggling with severe depression, PTSD, and trauma-related conditions. Ketamine, when used in a controlled, therapeutic environment, can unlock deep emotional insights, helping you process unresolved pain and find new pathways to healing.

True healing often requires addressing the underlying trauma that drives emotional distress. Our intensive trauma-focused psychotherapy utilizes brainspotting to help individuals confront and heal from past wounds in a safe, compassionate environment. Using a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, we aim to bring you deeper awareness and long-lasting relief from the burdens of trauma.

Our protocol involves three meetings for the first treatment:

• Pre-session.
A full hour with your trauma specialist Christine Cain, where she will begin the healing relationship.
• Medicine Day. You will take your healing journey with Christine. She will guide and support through-out. Medicine is injected by Dr. Saah, who is trained in mental health, psychiatric medicine, and ketamine.
• Trauma Therapy and Integration. 1.5 hours of targeted brainspotting and integration with Christine.
Future treatments do not require the pre-session if they are administered within two weeks of the first treatment, as is recommended.

While ketamine paired with trauma focused therapeutic intervention shows significanly accelerated clinical improvement, each persons healing is an individual process, and we cannot guarantee exact time-frames for treatment. Based on our experience with patients, we recommend a series of 4 - 12 treatments to experience improvement in targeted symptoms. We believe it takes at least 2-3 treatments to see initial shifts in clinical symptoms. Treatments are scheduled every, or every other week.

This is a unique protocol. It includes services we feel are vital to healing, but are considered elective by insurance carriers. If you choose to engage in the full protocol, you are choosing elective services as well as possibly covered services. Elective services are not covered by insurance carriers, even if I am in-network. You are still responsible for the full cost of the elective services not covered by insurance.

If I am in-network with your insurance carrier, I can now offer you a general estimate of cost, which will not include your deductible/copay/coinsurance as outlined by your particular plan. I cannot, however, provide you with personalized estimates. It is ultimately your responsibility to know the details of how much this treatment will cost.

To begin with, we would have to start with an evaluation, so that Dr. Saah may get to know you better and see if ketamine is a safe and suitable option to help you.
