Psychedelic Ketamine Therapy for Trauma & Depression
There are many treatments and therapies for depression and PTSD available – the most important part of treatment is finding the right one for you.
At Restoration Psychiatry, we offer psychedelic ketamine therapy as a powerful and evidence-based option for those living with severe depression, PTSD, and trauma-related conditions. In the right therapeutic setting, ketamine can unlock profound emotional insight — helping you release unresolved pain and discover new pathways to healing.
True transformation requires more than symptom relief; it calls for addressing the roots of suffering. Our intensive trauma-focused psychotherapy, including the advanced technique of brainspotting, creates a safe and compassionate space to confront and resolve past wounds. This integrative approach brings deeper awareness and lasting relief from the burdens of trauma.
When paired with trauma-focused psychotherapy, ketamine becomes a powerful catalyst:
Accessing difficult emotions with less overwhelm
Releasing entrenched patterns of fear and avoidance
Cultivating resilience through new perspectives and emotional clarity

Your Treatment Protocol:
Our approach is designed to be both structured and deeply personal:
Pre-Session Consultation – A one-hour meeting with trauma specialist Christine Cain to establish trust and prepare for your healing journey.
Medicine Day – Under the medical care of Dr. Saah, ketamine is administered safely while Christine provides steady guidance throughout your experience.
Trauma Therapy & Integration – A 90-minute session with Christine using brainspotting and integrative therapy to anchor insights and support lasting change.
Subsequent treatments within two weeks do not require a pre-session, and we recommend a series of 4–12 sessions for meaningful results. While each journey is unique, most clients notice early shifts within 2–3 treatments, scheduled weekly or bi-weekly for best outcomes.
✨ At Restoration Psychiatry, healing is more than treatment—it is a private, concierge experience, designed to restore clarity, resilience, and hope.
While ketamine paired with trauma focused therapeutic intervention shows significanly accelerated clinical improvement, each persons healing is an individual process, and we cannot guarantee exact time-frames for treatment. Based on our experience with patients, we recommend a series of 4 - 12 treatments to experience improvement in targeted symptoms. We believe it takes at least 2-3 treatments to see initial shifts in clinical symptoms. Treatments are scheduled every, or every other week.
This is a unique protocol. It includes services we feel are vital to healing, but are considered elective by insurance carriers. If you choose to engage in the full protocol, you are choosing elective services as well as possibly covered services. Elective services are not covered by insurance carriers, even if I am in-network. You are still responsible for the full cost of the elective services not covered by insurance.
If Restoration Psychiatry is in-network with your insurance carrier, Dr. Saah can now offer you a general estimate of cost, which will not include your deductible/copay/coinsurance as outlined by your particular plan. It is ultimately your responsibility to know the details of how much this treatment will cost.
To begin with, we would have to start with an evaluation, so that Dr. Saah may get to know you better and see if ketamine is a safe and suitable option to help you.
